When my mother tells me that I need to see a Doctor upon hearing my symptoms, something is wrong.

This is the woman that won't go to a Doctor unless dragged by the hair on her head.

So yeah...walk in clinic here I come.

Took me almost 2 hours to make thank you tags for the yahoo group today.

(I won the tag contest this week woohoo)

I was meaning to make a few more and do the stuff from the last few days. As soon as I was done I just wanted to curl back into the bed and sleep. This is just wearing me down so bad. I need to get better. I can't be sick without whining. :/

Okies, off to bed again.

Last night before heading to bed I had started wheezing. -.-

Woke up and I have been coughing since. Yesterday when I first started feeling crappy I thought it was just being sore from work.

Then my sinus started up.

I have a feeling that the chick that came to work with bronchitis passed it on to me.

Not to mention my snot is almost fucking lime green.

I hate being sick. Especially when I have to work on Thursday.

I am so excited.

My house was number 1 two nights in a row. :)

I feel so excited but I can barely move.

My shoes had to be duct taped by the sliders all night long.

Which worked out in the end for me ;)

I ♥ sliders.

I ♥ my co-workers.

I ♥ scaring the shit out of everyone.

I ♥ ♥ my job.

I enjoyed work tonight.

I will be getting some overtime pay tonight so that is good.

I'm really getting to meet some people to call my friends. It's been a while for me.

My wrist has been acting up all night though. I think I'm going to have John rub the blue goo into it and wrap it again tonight.

Just typing this little bit is hurting.

Pink Floyd member Richard Wright dies age 65

By MEERA SELVA – 3 hours ago

LONDON (AP) — Richard Wright, a founding member of the rock group Pink Floyd, died Monday. He was 65.

Pink Floyd's spokesman Doug Wright, who is not related to the artist, said Wright died after a battle with cancer at his home in Britain. He says the band member's family did not want to give more details about his death.

Wright met Pink Floyd members Roger Waters and Nick Mason in college and joined their early band, Sigma 6. Along with the late Syd Barrett, the four formed Pink Floyd in 1965.

The group's jazz-infused rock and drug-laced multimedia "happenings" made them darlings of the London psychedelic scene, and their 1967 album, "The Piper at the Gates of Dawn," was a hit.

In the early days of Pink Floyd, Wright, along with Barrett, was seen as the group's dominant musical force. The London-born musician and son of a biochemist wrote songs and sang.

The band released a series of commercially and critically successful albums including 1973's "Dark Side of the Moon," which has sold more than 40 million copies. Wright wrote "The Great Gig In The Sky" and "Us And Them" for that album, and later worked on the group's epic compositions such as "Atom Heart Mother," "Echoes" and "Shine On You Crazy Diamond."

But tensions grew between Waters, Wright and fellow band member David Gilmour. The tensions came to a head during the making of "The Wall" when Waters insisted Wright be fired. As a result, Wright was relegated to the status of session musician on the tour of "The Wall," and did not perform on Pink Floyd's 1983 album "The Final Cut."

Wright formed a new band Zee with Dave Harris, from the band Fashion, and released one album, "Identity," with Atlantic Records.

Waters left Pink Floyd in 1985 and Wright began recording with Mason and Gilmour again, releasing the albums "The Division Bell" and "A Momentary Lapse of Reason" as Pink Floyd. Wright also released the solo albums "Wet Dream" (1978) and "Broken China" (1996).

In July 2005, Wright, Waters, Mason and Gilmour reunited to perform at the "Live 8" charity concert in London — the first time in 25 years they had been onstage together.

Wright also worked on Gilmour's solo projects, most recently playing on the 2006 album "On An Island" and the accompanying world tour.

Today me and SonOfLoki hung out for a little bit and a few new sayings came out.

"I can lick my balls with no testicles" o.O

And the best ones were when he pulled out a staff he has. It has this giant horn on it and he threated to "punt" me with it.

"Cunt punt on a stick. When your foot just can't reach."

AND

"Cunt punt on a stick with optional Lysol attachment. For when it's too nasty to use your foot."

Pictures will be forthcoming of this wonderful item.

So I made ribs and macaroni and cheese for dinner tonight.

Apparently they were enjoyed, since I looked back and noticed that the plate was almost empty 5 minutes after we sat down.

I may not be a great cook, but my ribs are one thing I know for a fact I can rock at making. My next best thing is my mac and cheese. It's so cheesy that you can see the cheese dripping from the spoon.

And I use shell macaroni. It is the best stuff to use.

Off to make some cookies for dessert maybe. Or ice cream. :)

That was one fun night.

The guys had a pillow fight while the girls discussed video games.

I realized how hot Johns best friend is, discussed a chin strap on, had a lesbian hit on me publicly, and overall had a great time.

It is a great feeling to just let go and have instinct take over.

Last night I put some music on (Tchaikovsky to be exact) and I closed my eyes and let go. My feet found the rhythm that it knew before and I wanted to get out of my chair and just dance all night.

*sigh*

If I was 80 pounds less maybe I could do it. But I don't see me losing that much weight anytime soon. 110 pounds is just too unrealistic for me.

Well today was interesting.

We woke up to a phone call from a friend. Apparently a good friend of ours was in a car accident and was in the ICU. We got a call about 5 hours later letting us know she had been stabilized. That was good to hear.

I feel a lot better then I did the last few days. I got a lot of rest and ate all the good things I needed to. :/

Pretty much a day filled with blah.

I have been feeling a bit depressed, but I know why.

I put up on my yahoo a saying that I discussed tonight.

"Pretending just doesn't cut it anymore."

Shortly after I did that a friend of mine whom I had argued with earlier in the day messages me thinking it was about him.

I couldn't explain it, all I could say was that it didn't have anything to do with him.

To pretend is to act like something that you are not. I pretend to be happy just so I can keep focus off death. I pretend to smile when I am out with people I don't like.

Pretending just doesn't work anymore. It takes more. It takes conviction and trust.

I just don't know...

I don't want to pretend anymore. They already know this, do they want to help me?

Pretending takes so much time and energy. It can drain you after awhile. There are times to pretend and there are times to not. If it involves having to force a smile because you don't like someone, then just don't. That is energy you can use for far better things.

Sometimes you just have to think about you. ;)
